Brittani Hamilton is a logistics professional and entrepreneur with hands-on experience in freight dispatching and transportation operations. As the founder of Hamilton OTR Logistics LLC and its Career Training Institute, she has built a program focused on teaching real-world dispatching skills that individuals can actually use.

Her experience includes coordinating freight, working with brokers and carriers, managing load boards, negotiating rates, and understanding the day-to-day operations that keep the trucking industry moving. Through this work, she recognized a gap—many people are interested in entering the industry but lack access to structured, practical training.

Brittani created Hamilton OTR Logistics Career Training Institute to provide that opportunity. Her program is designed for individuals at all levels, including those with no prior experience, as well as entrepreneurs and trucking company owners who want to better understand and manage their operations.

With a focus on hands-on learning and real-world application, Brittani is committed to helping others build skills, create opportunities, and establish a path toward income and independence within the logistics industry.
